Agent Advantage, LLC is the brainchild of Carrie Walters. She began her real estate career in 2014. Like many agents, she served Buyer and Sellers in the purchase of residential property until she joined a team of 3 agents, where Carrie’s role was to guide the client from the start of the purchase contract to the closing table…and her real estate passion was found!

In 2020 she began serving additional agents in Middle Tennessee as a Transaction Coordinator. In late 2024, Carrie made the decision to retire her license and focus completely on the role of supporting agents in their transactions. Through her experience, Carrie emphasizes the importance of deadlines and ensures integrity in the contract. She gives Middle Tennessee agents an advantage that only few embrace; leveraging their time and growing their business. Thus, agents are harnessing the true benefit of using a Transaction Coordinator.
