Carrie Walters began her real estate career in 2014, initially helping buyers and sellers navigate the purchase and sale of residential properties. Her career took a defining turn when she joined a three-agent team and became responsible for guiding clients from the moment a purchase contract was signed through the closing table. It was there that Carrie discovered her true passion: supporting agents, protecting the integrity of the transaction, and helping create an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

Carrie founded Agent Advantage, LLC in 2019 and began providing transaction coordination services to agents throughout Middle Tennessee in 2020. With a strong emphasis on contractual deadlines, attention to detail, and clear communication, she gives agents the support they need to remain focused on their clients, grow their businesses, and spend more time doing the work that only they can do.

In late 2024, Carrie stepped away from licensed real estate activity to focus fully on transaction coordination. However, in June 2025, Real Broker invited her to return to the industry as Principal Broker of its newly established Nashville office. Today, she has the privilege of supporting and protecting more than 130 agents through her brokerage leadership while continuing to serve real estate professionals through Agent Advantage.

Carrie’s passion has always been the agent and the business they are building. She believes that supporting agents behind the scenes directly influences the experience of buyers and sellers throughout one of life’s most important journeys. To Carrie, not every home is a luxury home—but every client deserves a luxury level of service. Whether she is serving as a Principal Broker or a Transaction Coordinator, helping agents succeed while protecting their clients and transactions continues to bring her tremendous joy.

Outside of real estate, Carrie is a mother and proud “Gran” to three grandchildren. An old soul at heart, she enjoys searching for vintage and antique treasures, thrift shopping, caring for her chickens and chihuahuas, and creating a warm and welcoming home. Her Christian faith, family, and genuine care for others are at the heart of everything she does.
